You can be at the house by midday, having a cup of tea on the patio. From Caen, also via Brittany Ferries, it's about a 4hr 40min drive.

 

The beaches are magnificent

The property nestles in countryside, yet is only 30 minutes from a 7.2kilometers stretch of magnificent, golden, sandy beaches – perfect in the summer for family days out at the beach; even better for glorious, bracing, rejuvenating walks at Easter and early spring and then in the autumn.
